All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain, unmarked package!!!

Most orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days after payment confirmed.  Orders must be placed by 4pm Beijing Time or they will go on the next day's business. 

We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays. Shipping agents do not deliver on these days so keep that in mind when counting the number of days it will take to receive your package.

We are not responsible for destination customs taxes, import duties, tariffs, VAT, GST or other destination fees.

• Expedited Shipping 2 - 4 business days using UPS $23.96
• Standard Shipping 4 - 8 business days using USPS $15.75
• Air Mail 7 - 20 days $11.50
• FREE SHIPPING - any of the above can be used depending on destination and weight. Our shipping agent will make the decision.

The total delivery time will be the processing time (1 - 2 business days) plus shipping time.

Please refer to the shipping method page to check the individual shipping time for your package. Or, please feel free to contact our customer service department to get the ETA. 

Processing time or shipping time may differ or change in the event of public holiday in China such as Chinese New Year or National Day. We shall issue the related notification in site prior to the holiday. Normal processing time and shipping time shall resume after the holiday.

Backorders
While we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock.  If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.
